Rip immediately Rio opens with a force choke.

His ultimate meter fills slowly, anspecial bar underneath his character draining at the same speed as your characters health, extremely slowly.

The attack locks you in place, but seems to do nothing more than prevent forward or backward movement and drain tiny amounts of health.

Good thing ranged attacks exist. She was also prepared to shoot in angles if Rip was to dodge them.

Max grins, and then motions for Johnathan to hand him his hat, and resume to sales. "I told you your options. Now, a really,". Opticor begins to charge. "Big laser."  He lets the Opticor die down, then sets it back into the hat. He walks back to his table, and resumes his sales. He looks to Boi, and begins to count down on his fingers, starting from five.

Thomas looks at you and, the moment Datboi is not looking, shakes his head, and puts a finger to his lips.

Datboi stalks towards you, only to halt as the Tenno looking at the stars steps to the side as if for a better glance.

"This one." He says, pointing to one. "Shouldn't it be chiming?"

*Zaeed perks a brow* "The Hell?" *He truns to see where that came from*

"If you are going to go loud." Sam says. "Then do it with flair."

She sprints into the room and jumps up, unleashing a volley of arrows into the first group of Grineer to clear the corner.

Rip smiles and continues to use the attack.

The attack does not seem to prevent any offensive moves.

"Why?" She said. "The alarms are already going."

The ranged shots and force choke seem to be chipping away at their health bars in a similar pace. Alice was ready for Rip to change tactics any moment.

Just as it seems Rip won't release the attack he does and charges forward.

Doren would shrugs slightly as he takes a running start before bullet jumping over the chasm. He would then go about loading the new coordinates into the canon's system. He had it locked on before calling it in. "Gun is locked on and ready."

As he does, Alice shoots at his feet to stagger him. Then her character activates something on his arm computer, letting out a laugh as he started to blink in blue light repeatedly. It wasn't any move that used her ultimate charge though.

The motherships punched out from the zone of operation. They made their duty, and maybe they would return if the situation demands.

Heavy fighters and destroyers scattered to prevent splash damage to multiple vessels. Judging by their maneuvers, they already split up on "waves" and prepared to make raids like the ancient nomadic conquerors did to their assault victims.

Three AMP ships made their ways to the dreadnoughts rear ends, cuddling to them like the world cutest turtle-shaped portative fusion energy factories. The mammoths will have quite some extra sustenance to their main and additional shields.

The heavy battleships also received the remaining AMP vessel's "hugs" and prepared to ram the way.

The heavy dropships took the rear.

Suddenly, the allied forces received a transmission. It is unclear if it was Teloch who shared it or someone from the WTC landing teams, but most of the forces received a broadcast featuring a crimson heavyweight firing his troops with a speech.

"Brothers and sisters. The Vacuum around us does not transfer sounds and the internal communications do not transfer your thoughts. However, after all the years, trenches, and wounds we've shared, I do know what each one of you feels right now. Now, when you prepare for a push, some of you fear the time-old soldier's scourges like bullets and shrapnel; more of you apprehend the unknown that awaits ahead. And almost everyone is worried about the tomorrow in which we are about to propel this system in an hour. You all ask yourselves, "What is my place in all this? What should I do?". You look at me but I have no answer for your inquiry... I don't have the answer for you because each one of you answered to this question long before this day. You answered it when you looked in the backs of those venturing to the front lines and then followed them with the whisper "nobody but me". You answered it when you made a decision that you will not hang your head in shame and divert your gaze like a coward when the time to see your loved ones will come in this world or in the other one. You answered it when you felt that the ashes of your deceased brother-in-arms pump in your heart and you will not make their sacrifices fade in vain, no matter how hard it would be to carry their memories, lessons, and legacy. You all have the answers, each one of your own. So today, we will do what we do best - we will spin the wheel of time for this system like did it back in Tau. We will spin the wheel of time and make everyone who watches us from above proud. We will spin the wheel of time so the ones who will come after us will have a chance to spin it again. And neither a bullet nor fear will ever change that"

He lowered his tone

"Do what you must, brothers and sisters, and come what may"

After finishing this bravado, he turned off the transmission and mumbled to himself

"...I hate speeches"

"A fine speech." Melanie says. "Prepare boarding parties, our Dreadnoughts and defenders will cover you."

A message opened for the Worm.

She openned it. It was from the defenders. A plea for mercy perhaps.

"You were warned." A familiar and dreadful voice said. "Yet still you persisted."

She knew that voice, had studied it. Only one record had surfaced. A reference to the Architect. The Tenno who had planned Terminus.

As she made the connection images flashed and she could not tell whether they were on the screen or in her head.

"Now. Your. Home. Burns." Darrin said. It was not a threat nor a rash promise. It was certainty.

She looked up and saw black and green death advance towards her inside corridor. She backpedaled, pleaded, shouted for reimforcements. None came.

A weapon, one made for dogs and refirged by traitors stabbed forward.

The Kween bolted upright.

"No!" She shouted, the nightmare fading. "Guards!"

They responded quickly, but there was no....

A flash of movement on the screens. Two Tenno shooting arrows and stabbing beasts. Four more defending the consoles of the giant cannons.

Amd a fleet only a mile away from her once safe sanctuary.

The Dreamers had come, and this time they were not children following a trail of crumbs. No, they were Tenno out for blood.

Dixon knelt over the pads as Grineer pounded on the door. It buckled further.

"Are you sure?" He asked Felicity.

"75%." She said. "Do it."

Dixon plugged the last cable from the remaining generator into the device and hit the switch. Light blossomed. The door buckeled in and a missile threw him back. He watched Grineer train their weapons on the device.

Light flared again and then came the sounds of fighting. Strange cracking sounds and dull thumps. He felt the warframe fill with energy as blue light washed over him. Felicity stood there, her bo staff in one hand, inhabiting a Trinity Strega.

"Good work." She said.

Gooden light heralded the arrival of Ryoko.

"Excelelnt work Dixon." He said. "I knew I could rely on you."

The compliments filled him with pride.

A strange ship comes out of punch. It bears Meridian colors and looks like a giant Gorgon, with engines instead of magazines.

The "barrel" lights up and something streaks from it. Three more flashes as it's railgun unloads it's cargo.

"Adjust sights to 80-0-3." Cressa Tal ordered the captain. "Fire."

A strangely bulbous round hurtled through space, aimed at the Grineer Formorian outside the Fortress.
