Cant claim foundry item (Unknown error)

From what I remember earlier today i tried to start building "10 x Large team energy restore" and it did not start crafting it so I tried again and after a short delay it started I believe I may have lagged and some how had two building at the same time but now I cannot claim it, does anyone know of a fix? Screenshot of error message when trying to claim the energy restores - I managed to claim the ciphers just fine.

Okay its fine now just opened the foundry and its back to normal :/

Yea, just reopening it/relogging works wonder.
