Red Glowing dot and Energy glowing arm? what is it

I was playing in Tycho, in a party of four, i think there was 2 excalibur ( i was one), there was 1 saryn, and not sure who the other one was, but i was basically using exalted blade 90% of the time, and from time to time, a red glowing dot would float around me as well as the others and my one arm holding the exalted blade would glow red (red is my energy color) and it seemed cool, but i have no idea what it is nor what it does? 

What is it?

Probably a Mesa with Shooting Gallery? It creates an Energy Lasso that keeps spinning around you whipping out enemies temporarily.

Could be the 4th Warframe was a Mesa. Her Shooting Gallery creates a glowing orb that floats around team members and increases their damage. (one at a time).

That was a Shooting Gallery.  It increases your ranged weapon damage and has a chance to jam the enemies' guns.
