Sparse Volt Info?

I'm building a Volt at the moment, and as I usually do for new frames, I was browsing the Warframe wiki for info on Volt:

I've noticed that the information provided on that page is relatively sparse. It seems to lack information on the durations of powers, which mods affect which powers and other similar notes that you can find on the other frames' pages. This is strange, considering that Volt is a former starter frame that I'm sure many players have used. 

 

Can some members here give me some info on Volt's powers. The duration of Speed and Electric Shield; the range of Overload; which mods affect which of these skills; and what leveling does for each power?

Range on Overload seems high, duration of speed and electric shield  are both pretty high.

Damage amounts are hard to get because his abilities sometimes deal DoT's to enemies rather than instant damage for unknown reasons.

 

Shock: crap; I main Volt and don't equip this

Speed: fantastic, max it.  So much utility.

Shield: boosts damage dealt to enemies and turns the Dera's projectiles into hitscan.  It lasts quite a long time.

Overload: AoE of death that kills pretty much everything.  Of course, I also run max Focus and Storm helmet, so my results are skewed.
