Try using the Recruiting channel ingame, it will be more effective.

There's a Nav alert going right now or do Orokin Derelict Defense for a try to get more to build the key.

The Navs (and so, key) aren't hard to get, if you need help doing the mission itself, Recruiting will always have someone willing to join if you host.
