Game breaking FPS drop after Lunaro update

My FPS in game is extremely unstable after this update.

In a sortie my FPS is generally 150.

But it can drop to 30 from time to time.

Please note that I cap my FPS at 200, since I used to run 400+ which is overkill.

My fps was 60-75 dropping to 30 sometime before the update.

After the update the loading screen when traveling can go down to 1fps. If someone is moving his ship loading screen i get low fps. I had  a void mission exterminate 144 but because of the fps drop i joined when they killed 67 already and had to run to the finish without finding any alive enemy.

Next step quit the game.
