Sentinel bleed out and Regen

Does Regen even work? I remember the "Bleeding out" message beginning to appear for Sentinels a few weeks back, and wondering what on earth it meant (because it was a new thing).

I've read one player posting he removed he mod, because of the "new" bleed out system.

So I'm trying to figure this out, because there is a bug going back to December, wherein a 0-second bleed out message appears, instead of the Dead message for a dead Sentinel. There may not be any "new" bleed out system for Sentinels—it might just be a bug.

Can anyone clarify?

The "Bleeding Out" message on a dead sentinel has been a bug for a long time it isn't some new mechanic, regen still always works as it did, Your sentinel dies then it comes back once for free that's all.
