What is this special effect on warframe while sliding?

I was wondering...

What is this special effect on warframe while sliding?

Not all prime frames have this effect.

 

 

 

 

It only shows on certain warframes with certain skins?

I have no idea why my normal color scheme has no such effects, mostly the same colors.

I tried to color them with the same colors and tried different skins, but I can't figure it out... yet.

no it isnt limited, any edo armor does it and yes it is chest piece only
