Learning Warframe's history?

I'm wondering if going back and watching all the oldest Devstreams is a good way to learn about Warframe's history.
I've played for a long time myself, and think the first Devstream I watched was Devstream 25, so I know most of it. Just not the very early times of Warframe.

Now of course I know how Warframe came to be, what with Dark Sector and everything, I'm just mainly thinking about after it became playable, to when I started playing it (update 12).

If you have the time, it would probably help. However, that is an enormous time investment, and many of the things they said changed greatly in more recent times (focus didn't sound like it would require lenses for the xp overflow benefit, for instance. I think the first iteration of the void also was more integrated with the game, with the idea being that you would go through a void portal in mission similar to operation gate crash.), so it may not be that useful.
