Warframe's head locks and looks at a certain direction (and Salix Syandana clipping)

Whenever I'm  a client in a match sometimes I would bring up the menu, but after doing so the head of the frame would keep looking at the last place where I had placed the cursor in the menu.   This does not occur when I am the host, however when I enter the clan dojo as the host the same bug still happens. I've researched about it but none of them provided any solutions.  There is a similar post to this one but it is archived.

As for the syandana, the clipping usually happens when turning the body extremely fast or entering the arsenal through the use of the menu, resulting in the syandana piercing the body through the waist.
