PSIV Palette

So from what I've read this was given as a reward about two years ago. However I noticed a streamer who was new had the palette so how did they get it?

 

Being a noob streamer was something I should have done. Vets with too much plat buy them everything for some limelight.

I believe they brought it back for our last launch anniversary.  Maybe it will return again for this year's anniversary.

To the best of my knowledge, it hasn't been available except for around anniversary.  Maybe his account is older than you think or maybe I'm wrong and it was available more recently.  At the end of the day, does it really matter how he got it?  If you want to get your hands on it, watch in November for the PS4 anniversary.  Maybe DE will bring it back again this year.

Yes it does matter as something is available to one but not the other.
