Hyekka Hostility Reset By Kavat Special Attack

I've noticed this doing derelict exterminate as Oberon.  Whenever a kavat uses their special attack that causes an enemy to flail in place on a Hyekka, the Hyekka is no longer hostile for 30 seconds or so after this.  It seems to render the Hyekka invulnerable during this period, until the hostility routines are reactivated.  Then the Hyekka can be dispatched to sausage kitty heaven.

EDIT: Added Warframe reference if Oberon's peace with the Wild faction is having an effect.
