Loads of Grapchis issues with the whole game

I don't know where to start with... The fog... The fog gets so bad I have to force my self to stop blinking because I am being tricked I got a film of crap over my eyes.

 

Then I get light flickering. 

 

And now this update just added a whole mess load of wtf.

All i want is an option to turn the fog off... My Potato of a pc ran fine with the fog off and no matter what option I try I can't make it go away.

Before all the major update. I had no problems what so ever as long at there wasn't 3 vaubans vortexing the place up

 

And this was taken today...And I am left with his hot mess that hurts my eyes form the non stop blinking like there is junk in my eyes

 

 

Also there is this how mess of fog particles coming though the walls

ye i noticed that fog too seems turning on high shader quality gets rid of it, still a problem though
