Triton or Hieracon for r5s?

Which of the two seems to give the most r5s or are they about the same?

I think there's a higher rate in Hieracon since it's a higher level but that's just me. It also has infested which can be easier to deal with using powers and explosives compared to the corpus and their nullies

I used to play Heiracon religiously, and I mean 40 missions a day for both cores and credits. It's infested so they don't shoot and no nullifiers, much less stress than Triton, 2 excavators and leave. I think that they both have the same drop chance (in theory), 25% chance of drop per excavator. 

But I think they needed the rewards, did a mission where both the excavator gave a 5-pack, so I should get 10 cores. But when I left it only have me 6, this happened another 2 times. Credits have also been really cutback, getting about half what I was per mission before update. Anyone have similar results?
