Farming Chroma... again

so... with the New update and the tons of content, DE added Chroma's parts as rewards in Pluto,Neptune, and Uranus Junctions. For me it's great, so people who sold it can farm it again (yeh, i sold it by mistake) and wont have to get platinum to buy it from the market.

So the question is: Where can i find Chroma's general Blueprint?

If not, then it's either bugged (like mesa's blueprint) or in simaris' quest but I doubt that.

blueprint is still from the new strange part 4 i would say, no refarming for you

Appearently the BP is not obtainable unless throught quest... which is a shame, since I wished to build Chroma after I sold it months ago :(
