My forum account join date is wrong

Hi I was just wondering how I would change my forum account's join date to its correct date. Right now it says I joined April 23rd 2016 and my rank is initiate. However on the Warframe website, it says I've been a member for 2 years and I remember joining sometime in Janurary. All of my past posts and my Rank has been reset as well. Not really sure what to do..

I'm not sure about the date... but the ranking here is completely different from the game itself... the way to rank up here is to post anything, anywhere, just be sure to keep it in a civil manner

Thank you for reading this but I've been here for quite a while and still don't know why all my posts and reputation got reset. 

And thanks for the advice :). Thankfully all my warning points have been reset so I guess that's a plus.
