So today I bred up a new Kubrow and matured it, when I went to equip it so I could rank the beastie up it was telling me it needs a collar first.
I completed the Howl of the Kubrow quests ages ago and have 4 R-30 kubrow already in stasis. I've got both the base and prime kubrow collars. Still, no option to equip the new kubrow with either.
-- EDIT -- After going to do a mission and returning, the kubrow was now wearing their new collar. Apparently it only updated when leaving and returning to my ship.
