Fragor Prime sticking through Nyx primes body

When using the Heavy Weapon Lower Back Holster on the Fragor Prime it causes the hammer to stick through nyx primes body.

I've got the same issue with Nyx Prime. But with a Nikana prime instead. On every other frame, it's on the frames back in a vertical position next to the right shoulder. Then when I switch to Nyx, boom I've impaled my Warframe. I've added images of what the weapon is supposed to look like, and what happens to poor Nyx when she picks up.

I wanted to make sure the blade looked normal on all my frames and lost it when this happened.
