So deception missions have been phased out of the game but this has left the 1-3 Kuria on Jupiter unattainable as the Kuria is found in the delivery tile for the deception missions which now that they don't exist will not spawn in other mission types. There might even be other Kuria left unattainable on other planets if their tile no longer spawns.
Either the tile needs to spawn as a generic tile in other mission types or the Kuria needs to be moved, any other Kuria in the same state also need this measure.
