After completing "Revisit The Derelict Ship", I was awarded a blueprint for a Chroma Mark, which requires a Scorched Beacon to craft, which I do not have due to having started the quest before the SotR update. Result: I cannot progress, as is is impossible to craft the Chroma Mark. EDIT: Never mind, completing another mission seems to have bypassed the Chroma Mark requirement.
