Visiting junctions cause framerate loss alongside general performance loss

i have noticed after visiting a junction that frames take a dive when you get a few feet towards the console, also it seems as of late that im having increasing amounts of performance loss and warframe overheating my pc while newer games do not*(even then those games are either very new or with games that are not optimized by the developer)
