Question For Volt

so as the latest livestream says volt is one of the warframes thats on the works on skill tweaks/buff so i will give him a chance this time and lvl him but im confused on what mods will work on him properly -_-

cause wiki doesnt states volt's properly, so my question is

 

1: does continuity affects speed?

2: does focus affects overload? ( i know its from the electronics damage but im confused if focus can still affect overload )

3: does stretch or continuity works on overload's aoe?

4: does stretch and continuity works on electric shield?

1: yes, longer duration.

2: yes, tested, adds more dmg compared to w/o Focus, done in the same tile set twice each.

3: Stretch yes, Continuity not sure, maybe it makes the available electric current travel time longer, thus more electricity to boom, and gives more range.

4: Stretch no, Continuity yes, it's awesome.

Volt's stats are hard to nail down (I've tried).  Sometimes they'll randomly function as DoT's which makes it hard to determine.  When they don't, they don't seem to follow 1/(1+resistance) or baseResistance-resistancePerLevel*level.
