Ivara - Can you still use a Cloak Arrow on your Sentinel?

I've seen Gifs, Videos, and read, from rather old threads I must say, that it's possible to hit your sentinel (Mostly Carrier Prime, on my end) with a cloak arrow, so I've tried it a lot in a bunch of different ways (Navigate, Crouching and Sliding) and I simply can't make it happen. Considering Ivara already has another Stealth Skill I figured they'd fix that, so I checked her patch history on the wiki and couldn't find anything related.

So, am I just doing it wrong? Or has that been patched out?

I don't remember seeing it in patchnotes but it did happen in one of the updates: Can no longer use cloak arrow on your sentinel.
