Notification of rail war?

I was wondering if your clan is participating in a rail war, are you notified?

I have been in both a mountain and moon clan for months, yet I have never been in a rail war nor have I been notified during my time in either clan. Are my clans not participating in wars or am I not being properly notified during the 12 hours of war?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

As far as i know, Solar rail conflicts no longer occur regardless, sorry.

rail conflicts have been ended for the time being, though the devs want to bring them back
