De doesn't want anyone left out, but they don't seem to have make solo levels high on their priority list. It is troublesome for people that can't get a stable connection, and they don't want to ignore you or others, but the focus is more on quality of game in terms of frames and powers and enemies before they work on how many players are involved on the mission.
