Conclave Standing

I played conclave and none of our points were rewarded.  Played with my daughter and neither of us got our standing points.  We are both on Xbox one. We both sacrificed standing and have in the past been rewarded standing. We even wore sigils won-lost and should have been rewarded.This has happened many times. I read all the answers listed under the conclave standing thread and we have completed those steps. Please Help

1. Are you at your standing cap for the Conclave Syndicate? (Check your profile or visit Teshin in a relay) It's possible you need to rank up (which requires you go to a relay)

2. Are you playing public matches? Private matches, whether they be friends only or invite only, don't give any standing, end-of-match rewards, or allow you to complete dailies/weeklies.

 

Also, Sigils are no longer required for gaining standing in Conclave. That was changed some time ago.
