What buff for Warframe for sealing fissure did I get

I keep getting buffs on my WF from sealing fissures but no infinite energy what buff is it?

Whatever is glowing with that static effect is what will be buffed.

Warframe>Increased power damage

Primary/Secondary>No ammo used

Melee>No energy used when channeling

hmmmm when they talked about the buffs on devstream they said melee wouldn't use energy when it was under the buff, but unless i'm crazy my melee has still used energy while under the buff :/

Yeah, melee still requires energy when channeling, but at the reduced cost of 1 instead of the usual 5, I heard. (I don't usually channel melee, sorry :p)
