What's the best way to farm neurodes?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if y'all had any tips on farming neurodes. I usually do the excavation on earth for them, but they still don't drop any more than just a few. Let me know if any of you have other methods of obtaining more neurodes. Any help would be great! :)

smeeta kavat, best way bar none, i got 42 of them in a single earth interception doing 8 waves and its easy cos its earth

I find lephantis in the derelict a decent source. Being a boss he has a higher rare resource drop rate and he is unique in that he has 4 chances to drop it.

If you've done The Second Dream and have access to Lua, run the Crossfire Exterminate or Survival Mission.  Not only does Lua have the highest drop rate for Neurodes in the game, but Sentient soldiers (Conculyst and Battalyst) have higher-than-normal chances of dropping rare resources, such as Neurodes.

Smeeta Kavats on any Earth mission is the best method, but Sentient-farming would be second, if you can handle it.  Otherwise, take Omega Shadowblade's advice and farm Lephantis.

if you can't do that, well, you'll just have to farm Earth or Eris endless missions with a Nekros or Hydroid.

You can also try derelict missions for neurodes if you haven't done the second dream quest to unlock Lua
