Warframe freezing occasionally

Hey guys, I have a problem going on with the game.

When I am in a mission, I get over 50fps if theres no crowd partying with some nullifiers. But thats not the case. When my client stays open for some time, game starts freezing, from 0.1 seconds to 2. Especially when entering a new room. I figured it might be the memory leak issue but couldn't find any similar topics adressing this.

So I tried:

Verifying cache

Optimizing over and over

Re-install

Dx 10/11 on-off

64-bit on-off

Multi-Thread on-off

Did not try formatting PC (soon I will)

 

My pc specs are well over minimum but i still play with lowest settings on 1080p. Was playing on 720p before upgrading my pc a little bit.

Specs:

Ati Radeon HD 4800 with 512mb vRAM (might be the problem)

Intel i5 Dual Core 3.2gHz (can't remember the model)

4 Gb RAM

25 mbps download/1.5 mbps upload

 

Thanks for helping. If this was a common problem, I couldn't find elsewhere.

Edit: I forgot to mention that when I am hosting a game or playing solo, freezes doesn't occur. This is just weird.
