Never receiving a raid reward

I love Doing LoR (Law of Retribution), it's a fun thing to do, and can be a nice thing to get 8 players to play together. There is just one problem, they are broken for me and because of this I refuse to do the raids because the outcome seems to always be the same. The first raid I ever did back in an old clan when it first came out went fine, got my rewards and had fun. A few days later I went to do it again and right as we were all cheering it went to loading, but halfway through the loading it gave me an error and kicked me from host. Which sucked cause all that work and nothing. I messaged one of my friends from the raid, and on theirs and other screens it said I had successfully finished the raid and gotten my rewards. I contacted DE support, but to my surprise they said they had no intention of figuring the problem out or trying to help me fix it, which was awful.

Fast forward to recently, and I got back into Warframe and decided I would try and do a raid again, since a second had come out, maybe everything would be fine and dandy. SO I did LoR, it went smoothly, I knew what to do at each step. But Like before, right as I was about to receive my reward it occurred again and my rewards were taken from me. I contacted one of the raid players, I took pictures showing that he and others confirmed I got rewards when I didn't, and once again contacted DE. I thought that showing the support and writing it out better might help, but to my dismay once again they did not do anything to help me out.

It is with this that it is greatly hurtful to my Warframe experience. I don't do raids anymore because I know it'll just be a waste of time for me, so I end up skipping whenever someone is doing one. Which to me sucks because that is a whole chunk of the game that I won't get to play now unless I wanna do it pro-Bono more or less.

tl;dr I never get my raid rewards and DE won't help fix the problem so I don't do raids anymore.

 

I'm genuinely curious if this happens to anyone else, because ya it sucks for me, but I'd hate to see it if a chunk of people don't get their rewards either.

That's a link to an imgur album I quickly created. In it I have two photos from a  fellow raid mate and he says that it shows me getting the reward. I show as well that I got the first two stages rewards but not the second, as it's apparent I got the grustag sigil and some basic components, but not the full credit amount/nor the arcane.

It;s just disappointing is all and disheartening.
