There are many ways to play Banshee, I for one have a "Scream" build around her 1, a "Weakpoint" build centered around her 2 and an "RQ" build around her 4 (with respective augments). If you can't be specific what your build is supposed to do, then nobody can make you a build. I'd also strongly suggest to invest time and try to build loadouts yourself, because IMO it's fun to be creative and build/test/re-build your frames and weapons. However here is the build I use for that.
