[Idea!] Phase Shifting Warframe

I searched the forums to see if this has been brought up before to my surprise it has not. What about A Phase Shifting Warframe?

 

Maybe having powers that make attacks pass through it for a limited time?

The ability cause an enemy to become Phased and be unable to do damage or be hurt for a limited time?

 An ability to cause Displacement and move the frame?

  Maybe the ability to slow movements and attacks of all enemies within reach of an ability for a certain time?

 

Any feedback on this would be nice. Please leave reasons why you would think the idea may be good or bad, even more ideas on powers to be balanced would be great!

POWER 4 Balance

For a short period of time the player can step out of normal reality phasing through doors and enemy's but also unable to interact with objects, When returning to normal reality creating an explosion. Depending on the level of the special mod the time can be increased. 2 seconds then 5 then 8.

 

My suggestion for the antimatter warframe =P and as Shockness has already mentioned it has been brought up a lot =)

Geese it has been suggested before? Bummer. Couldn't find any using the forum search tool so maybe no one worded it like this?
 

In any case "Stay on Target," What are your ideas on powers for a frame like the one mentioned?
