Any new player need help getting started with second dream and finding the Natah quest

A lot of new players don't actually come on the forums :/

At least the level that haven't finished Natah or The Second Dream

Natah is a quest that's available by scanning a certain entity that shows up on Uranus, mid mission. Second Dream is only available once you complete Natah and reached mastery rank 5.
