What's the point of the new way of getting Auras?

"What's the point in the new auras? "     ...Is more like it.

 

The damage system is so broken these days Corrosive Projection works fine for 3 of 4 Factions and lets face it even lvl 300+ Infested are a joke.

I'm not sacrificing the use of CP for mediocre improvements.

Auras shouldn't even have different Polarity. There are quite a few frames that can't afford to put an off-Aura on and still have room for all their viable Specs. Banshee and Nyx are two that come to mind. So CP  or Energy Siphon is what they end up using forever.

 

As for the acquisition of these new ones.... I'll skip on Warframe - Botany Edition.
