Aglethe
Greetings fellow tenno, Now that we've got a shiny new prime poking toy, you might be asking yourselves: "self, this is great and all, but how does it compare to what's out there now ?", fret not tenno, for this post may contain some of the very answers you seek. :) Here's several charts based on Dunking Machine's stance and combo research (his Reddit post and Youtube video) with some new weapons added (including the Galatine P of course, and its' non-prime forbearer) and updated for Prime Pressure Point. Any errors I can only claim as my own, (and blame on attempting to perform math(s) (and type ;) ) in the small hours of the morning with little to no sleep :P). and for which I offer my humblest appologies. In any case, and without further adieu, I shall leave you to the numbers (while I seek my pillow for some extended torpor. ;) ): 2x Combo Multiplier without Naramon: Spoiler Weapon- Stance: Combo- DPS Galatine Prime- Cleaving Whirlwind: Broken Bull- 97,255 Fragor Prime- Crushing Ruin: Shattered Village- 77,949 War- Cleaving Whirlwind: Broken Bull- 75,667 Galatine Prime- Tempo Royale: August Mesto- 62,383 Dark Split Sword- Swirling Tiger: Winding Claws- 61,960 Nikana Prime- Blind Justice: Heeding Call- 50,852 War- Tempo Royale: August Mesto- 48,536 Normal Galatine- Cleaving Whirlwind: Broken Bull- 44,430 Dual Ichor- Swirling Tiger: Winding Claws- 38,245 Dual Kamas Prime- Swirling Tiger: Winding Claws- 34,836 Karyst- Pointed Wind: Parting Edge- 34,122 Normal Galatine- Tempo Royale: August Mesto- 28,499 4x Combo Multiplier without Naramon: Spoiler Weapon- Stance: Combo- DPS Galatine Prime- Cleaving Whirlwind: Broken Bull- 339,481 War- Cleaving Whirlwind: Broken Bull- 243,545 Galatine Prime- Tempo Royale: August Mesto- 217,755 Dark Split Sword- Swirling Tiger: Winding Claws- 206,256 Fragor Prime- Crushing Ruin: Shattered Village- 178,097 Nikana Prime- Blind Justice: Heeding Call- 163,675 War- Tempo Royale: August Mesto- 156,218 Normal Galatine- Cleaving Whirlwind: Broken Bull- 133,753 Dual Ichor- Swirling Tiger: Winding Claws- 128,730 Dual Kamas Prime- Swirling Tiger: Winding Claws- 109,395 Karyst- Pointed Wind: Parting Edge- 96,855 Normal Galatine- Tempo Royale: August Mesto- 85,794 4x Combo Multiplier with Naramon Deadly Intent active: Spoiler Weapon- Stance: Combo- DPS Galatine Prime- Cleaving Whirlwind: Broken Bull- 394,910 War- Cleaving Whirlwind: Broken Bull- 307,263 Dark Split Sword- Swirling Tiger: Winding Claws- 263,143 Galatine Prime- Tempo Royale: August Mesto- 253,310 Fragor Prime- Crushing Ruin: Shattered Village- 228,376 Nikana Prime- Blind Justice: Heeding Call- 206,499 War- Tempo Royale: August Mesto- 197,090 Normal Galatine- Cleaving Whirlwind: Broken Bull- 164,766 Dual Ichor- Swirling Tiger: Winding Claws- 161,832 Dual Kamas Prime- Swirling Tiger: Winding Claws- 136,844 Karyst- Pointed Wind: Parting Edge- 116,636 Normal Galatine- Tempo Royale: August Mesto- 105,687 Enjoy ! <

SinergyX
I never seen the point in those theocraft dps stuff, it takes many aspects in consideration (like the right stance combo), however fails at so many more: no armor, no typed, no speed to speed, no normal melee, in short.. no practical application of the weapons at all. Its like ranking all cars on speed based on the exact diameter of a single cylinderhead. I dont really call this powercreeping, specialy if in the list are a few that been around a looooooong time. Laidain
You do realize that DPS calculations are pretty much useless in waframe right?
