When did DE start making accessories packs?

When did they start doing this? When Mag was unvaulted, people went crazy because they didn't release a separate accessories pack, even though DE said they wouldn't create one. Either way, I said I wouldn't spend more money on this game, but damnit that Syandana :/.

There has been a prime accessories pack with Prime Access since Rhino Prime Access.

There has never been a separate prime accessories pack with Prime Vault Packs.

For Prime Access, a long time ago. For Vault Access, they haven't. Different things.

Not true! The very first Prime Accessories to emerge with Prime Access was with Ember Prime's Prime Access period.

Actually, Novus is correct.  Ember had accessories, but you could only get them by purchasing the top tier of prime access.  They were not available as a separate package.
