dyingsole Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 Hello all. I have a problem with Warframe that involves some (seemingly random) sound effects to play absurdly loud on my speakers. It is less noticeable on my headphones which is how I usually play but I don't always want to play with the headset on or sound off. Now for reasons unknown to me I can't seem to get Warframes sound levels to co-operate with me. I can adjust voice, but it seems like no matter how I tweak the in game sound effect slider or my windows audio mixer it has no effect on this seemingly random blaring audio effects. dyingsole Posted June 24, 2013 Author Share Posted June 24, 2013 I fixed the issue. I had recently re-formatted my PC and somehow my 2.1 audio was picked up as Quadraphonic and when Warframe played audio (through my non existent) rear speakers they played at max volume.
