Where is my nightmare mode?

 So, as i'm playing around taxing and selling in trade chats- it came to my attention that my stocks were running low on Blaze mods. i have not played warframe in a while and figured i'll log in later and just spam some rescue nightmare mode in Saturn or mars.

but as i'm searching for nightmare modes i can't seem to find them; to the point where i'm genuinely wondering if i dreamed them? I would have swore that upon completing all nodes of a planet a nightmare mission became available?

I ask around my clan and friend lists and found that some people didn't know what i was talking about, while others just pointed to sorties and alerts for what i considered "nightmare mods" ... but the codex & Wiki seems to state that nightmare modes are a thing...

So here i am... wondering if i'm supposed to increase my price for nightmare mods in trade chat or if i'm bugged in some way... or maybe my WARFRAME.exe jumped a hot-fix?

is this happening to any1 else? ...

Not nightmare mods are in your dreams :D 

 

more seriously, SotR removed nightmare missions, I don't know if that was on purpose or a bug or something 

 

you can still get NM mods in NM LoR and on alerts though

After Specters of the Rail launched the nightmare nodes went away. Not sure if they'll ever come back.

Alerts have higher chance of spawning with nightmare mod as a reward.

Q.Q i just want to spam away a mission tho... and whats up with all the no shields mode???
