The New Strange Quest

Good day all.  

I am new to WarFrame and didn't begin playing until the most recent update.  I am wondering how do I complete the quest titled "The New Strange"?  I have reached Mastery Rank 5, I have completed the Jupiter to Europa junction, and when I check the codex, everything has a check by it.  I need it to get from Jupitet to Saturn and need some advice on what to do next.

you had to go talk to simaris topright room off the relay, idk if they changed that with the update

(XB1)MercilessMerc81   Apparently, now you work it through your codex.  The codex is accessed in your ship on the console to the the left and behind navigation.

You used to have to take the tube elevators in the back of the relay and Simaris is in the door to the right.
