With something like the following: Ability Name: Tempest's Fury/Stormfront Affect: Toggled ability that continues as long as you have energy, up to a maximum of X seconds, where X is the rank of the skill multiplied by 3 or 5(?). As long as this ability is active, movement speed is increased 10%, electric damage ignores 1/4(?) resistance, all other abilities gain an additional effect, and a name change, but power cost is increased. Rage of the Tempest/Lightning Storm(Shock): Damage increase. Guranteed chance to jump from enemy to enemy, but at decreased damage. Spirit of the Tempest/Energizer(Speed): Increases melee speed by (I dunno, whatever sounds balanced.), and adds a small amount of electric bonus damage.(Something like Saryn's contagion.) Tempest's Boon/Ion Field(Electric Shield): Makes shield wrap all the way around you, duration boost, and damage is not lessened when fired through. If any of the abilities are active and the ulti times out, they immediately end, but give a slight power refund depending on remaining duration.
