0 Katinka
You start on Earth where you can technically get Oberon if you find a good source of Eximus (Hydroid is also here but locked behind an Archwing node so you'll need to come back for that later) Then Venus and as you say, Rhino. Mercury next but there are no new frames to be had there so onto... Mars where you can get Frost and Inaros (through Baro Ki'Teer sold quest, may require later planets for hunting certain enemies). Phobos has Mag (if you didn't choose her at the start) and first access to... Void where you can get the Control Modules you'll need to build all these and the Argon needed for Hydroid (from Vay Hek on Earth post Archwing quest). Ceres gives Trinity. Jupiter for Valkyr (and Neural Sensors that you'll need to build some of the above frames). Europa for Nova and the quest for Limbo. Saturn for Ember and first access to Nanospores which you need to finish off the resources required for... Derelict Keys to get Nekros. Uranus for Equinox and the earliest Spy mission that drops the final parts of Ivara (Neuroptics & Blueprint). Neptune for Loki and Second Dream quest which in turn unlocks Silver Grove quest for Titania. Pluto for Excalibur (if not starter) From Pluto you can travel to Eris which has the ends of quests for Mesa and Atlas or Sedna for Saryn and Chroma (needs a Saryn part to build) and the quest for Mirage. Unless a quest is mentioned, all the above come from the Assassination missions on the relevant planets. Volt (if not starter), Zephyr, Wukong and Banshee all come from Clan Tech so can be built as soon as you have enough planets to get the relevant resources. Ash comes from Manics so technically can be found early but good luck with trying to get Manic spawns and the parts to drop from them (apparently Law of Retribution is a good source for them but I've never tried it as I don't have enough friends for Trials). Vauban comes from Alerts that can be anywhere so open up as much of the starchart as you can as quick as you can get make sure you don't miss out when the alerts come by. Nezha comes from Sorties (or trade) so again, you'll need an opened up starchart to make sure you can access the correct nodes but you'll also need appropriate gear. Nyx comes from Phorid Assassinations which can happen as early as Mars but you are waiting on an Infestation Outbreak to hit an Assassination node on any planet. I think that's everyone...
