Alternative Hud?

Hi!

 

Great game!

 

Allthough i find it pretty hard to keep track of my Health and energy in the top left,

They are very tiny bars at 1920 x 1080, how about an alternative that you could activate through the options menu?

 

I was thinking maybe to put the hp meter and the shield meter next to it on the left side of screen and the energy meter on the right side? Slighly curved shape, the size of these meters are very personal to the player so adding a % scale Size for the meters with a drop down box in the options, would be nice, if someone would like the curved meters but think they are to big they can just put it on scale 25% or 50%

 

You could build the energy meter with bar indicators so you could easily see that one bar is 25 energy. 4 bars is 100 energy etc. etc, This way you should be able to keep better track of your energy and health and make it a more pleasent experience. More control so to speak.

 

What do you guys think?

Edit: Maybe make them transparent aswell to minimize inflict on visual.

A good idea but as for me, to be honest, I am not a fan of bars. I prefer numbers more because that makes me plan much easier than watch on a bar and guess what it means.
