standalone and steam version

Is it possible to use the steam version of the game just to purchase a skin you like from the tennogen then back to the standalone version. Will it be there to be used or u're forced to use steam to view your item?

Steam is only necessary to buy the Tennogen skins. You'll still be able to see and use them on the standalone version afterwards.

Yes, it's possible. The Tennogen skins you purchase in the Steam client will remain available regardless of which client you play on after that.

do u think it's messy and demanding and can u point me to some tutorial on how to have both versions installed in the same pc?

That's what i would like to find out. I don't like running the game and tracking down my game time as steam does even when u are sitting in the chat.

im dumb i thought that the steam version would actually modify the in game game time tracker but it's not. That's independent.

I have both the Steam version and the standalone version installed on my computer. I might uninstall the Steam version at some point if I'm in need of disk space, but that's not an issue right now.

There should be a few guides here or there on how to have both install to the same directory.
