Annoying Error "Network Not Responding"

from last 2 days im getting this error too much "Network Not Responding" i keep getting that during missions sometimes it kicks me out from the missions and then im left alone in the mission or sometimes after missions i get this error and after a while i get kicked to login screen now i also cant login either i try to login enter my email and pass but this error comes up and after a while says login failed check your info. Ive enabled the game in Firewall and running it as admin. any help will be appreciated thank you :)

This happens to me only when my internet connection is unstable.

I get the same thing but I think it is because my internet connection is terribad

but everything else is running fine my download speed surfing and other games they are all fine only problem is with warframe ;-;

I had this similar problem and it was causing my rewards to not save at the end of 50% of my missions

i was somehow able to fix it by turning off upnp and nat-pmp in the options menu and i've not had any problems since then
