Is it possible to transfer from XB1 to PC? If so how?

I'm really confused on how to transfer XB1 saves to PC.

You can't.

players had an opportunity to switch from pc to xbox/ps4
which will probably be available some day in the future again

but the other way round isn't possible
DE Reb said that the agreement they made with consoles eg. states that the console account is their property (not DE's) and therefore cant be switched to pc
