What Is The Best Way To Farm T3 Void Towers?

So I've been trying to get the Latron prime receiver and finish building the latron prime. Problem is, all I've been getting is t2 void missions. So far I have 5 BP, 3 barrels, 1 stock, and no receiver. I know that T3 missions apparently drop it as a common so I've looked up different ways to farm T3 such as xini defense (which I've been doing) and apparently capture/raids have a higher drop than defense missions. I'm not sure if you actually have to loot to get the t3 keys in capture/raid missions or they just randomly are given after you complete the mission also if different level capture/raid missions will increase my chance or not. I'm basically here to ask those who have had experience farming these and hear their way of obtaining them.

Any T3 defense has ~3% chance to drop a T3 key as a wave reward. Xini is probably the easiest to solo.

xini or any pluto defense 5 waves claim retry rinse and repeat bu they are pretty rare only had 6 in last week while having 60 t2

Capture and Raid mission give key at end of mission screen, not a drop.

 

Outer Terminus is a defense mission, same odds as Xini.

I've gotten them at wave 5 rewards a few times.
