My Friend Can't Join My Game

Basically, every time i invite my friend to my game he gets a black screen, then gets disconnected. Any Help? I've tried support but as always they are no help to me, saying he must contact support, not me. but because he's stubborn, he refused to go to support please help.

Well we can't exactly help you here. We know little of how the game works, and as such, the only people that can help are Support, though if he refuses to get help from them, then either he needs to swallow his pride, or you're out of luck.

It's possible he is having problems connecting to you as you would be hosting. Have you tried having him invite you? How's his internet? How's both of your pings? What's yours and his limits?

 

There are so many things that can effect this. He really needs to contact support and make sure his internet is A-OK.
