Steel Meridian rank was pushed back to Protector from General

I've had the rank of General in Steel Meridian for quite awhile.  I turned in 52k worth of Red Veil marks to have enough experience to buy the new Steel Meridian melee weapon, however when I talked to the Steel Meridian representative on the relay my rank was only Protector.  It let me upgrade back to General, but I lost the 99k Syndicate Experience, and the 26k I should have received from the Red Veil marks because I didn't realize I was pinned when I was turning in the marks.  I haven't been playing much in the past month, so I'm not sure when my rank was regressed.  I'm not holding out much hope that I'll get a refund on the experience, but hopefully if there's a bug you'll fix this for other players.
