We on the forums cannot help you as we are not privy to the circumstances of your being banned. The length of your chat ban is determined by the severity of your infractions. Doing something minor may result in a kick or an hour long ban. Doing something more severe can result in a day. Something worse still, a week. Though if what you did is severe enough, it could result in even longer chat bans. You can submit an inquiry on the support site: http://support.warframe.com Cheers.
