Wind Warframe?

Name: CYCLONE (Yes, it's a very typical name for a wind user..)

Gender: Male

Appearance: Very aerodynamic, with feather-like structures on the back of the head, arms, and legs.

Stat eccentricities: Low health, and armor. 

 

Abilities:

● TORNADO

Cost 25: Sends a small tornado to a targeted location, damages enemies for a short while before disappearing. If the tornado hits an enemy directly, it will latch onto that enemy for the rest of its duration.

 

● GUST BARRIER

Cost 50: Creates a cyclone of wind around you that reduces damage from incoming attacks, and has a chance to deflect bullets.

 

● GALE BLAST
Cost 75: Sends a strong blast of wind forward, dealing (less than) moderate damage, and knocks enemies down. Has a very long range. (Damage dealt decreases with range.)

 

● WIND STORM
Cost 100: Fills the room with multiple small tornadoes and high power winds, greatly damaging enemies. (Cannot use while moving, and cannot move until the end of the storm.) 

 

Notes:

Wind-based attacks send corpses flying, much like the victims of Bolt weaponry.

Wind attacks are not stealthy.

1st- wind slash- adds a buff to your melee weapon so that each charge or ground pound sends a scythe of wind forward beyond the range of the melee weapon

2nd- whirlwind- if used while gliding allows for longer flight, if used other times creates wind under foot for running faster and jumping higher

3rd- tornado- whole body spins sucking up bullets and enemies and tossing them out again

4th- Dragon tempest- wind dragon enwraps the frame in its coils then strikes straight forward
